About this job opening

We are looking for an operator for our growing production facility in Haulerwijk.

As an all-around operator, you will work the day shift in our production department, where we prepare, package, and sterilize canned vegetables, soups, and sauces. You will ensure that one of our four canning lines runs smoothly. This means that you will:

Coordinate the supply of raw materials and check the correct machine settings;
Resolve malfunctions and quickly and efficiently reconfigure the line for new production runs;
Work with colleagues to ensure a high-quality end product;
Strictly monitor hygiene, order, and food safety.

A salary in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for the Fruit and Vegetable Processing Industry: €2600 – €3200 gross per month;
25 vacation days & 9.5 additional leave days (based on full-time);
8% vacation pay;
4.5% year-end bonus;

Your skills

At least a completed MBO Level 3 qualification, preferably in food technology or process engineering;
3–5 years of experience as an Operator in the food industry (preferred);
Attention to quality and safety;
You are a reliable team player who feels engaged with the company and your colleagues;
Willing to work in shifts (two-shift schedule during the harvest season);
